A growing private aviation operation is seeking experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) and Second in Command (SIC) candidates to join a newly delivered Challenger 850 based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

The Opportunity The organisation is currently building its flight crew team around a newly introduced Challenger 850 and is looking for highly professional pilots who can help establish and grow the operation.
Initially, the aircraft will operate with a two-pilot crew structure, with plans to expand the team as operations mature.
Flying will include a mix of private owner operations and Part 135 charter activity, providing a varied and dynamic flying environment.

Positions Available Pilot in Command (PIC) Salary: Approximately $180,000
Second in Command (SIC) Salary: Approximately $120,000 - $140,000
Location Candidates should be based within commuting distance of the greater Phoenix area. The operation is particularly well suited to pilots located in Southern Arizona.
