Our client in Turkey is preparing for the Spring and Summer 2026 season, and from Brookfield Aviation we are supporting them in forming a line maintenance team. We are seeking B1 and B2 Licensed Engineers with type ratings on A320 (ceo/neo) and B737 NG/MAX.
Position
We are looking for EASA Part-66 B1 Licensed Engineers with A320 ceo/neo type ratings.
Candidates who also hold B737 NG/MAX type ratings will receive higher remuneration.
Applications from B2 Licensed Engineers are also welcome and will be considered for enhanced pay.
Requirements
Please apply if you meet the following criteria:
- You hold an EASA part 66 B1 licence endorsed with A320 ceo/neo type ratings.
- You hold an EASA part 66 B1 licence endorsed with B737 NG/MAX type ratings (advantageous)
- You hold a B2 licence (advantageous)
- You have six months of experience on type within the last two years.
- You are able to work independently.
- You are open to work night shifts.
- You are fluent in English.
Terms
- Remuneration: The final offer will depend on qualifications and experience. Indicative structure:
- A320 ceo/neo type rating: Up to €7,000 per month
- A320 ceo/neo + B737 NG/MAX type ratings: Up to €7,500 per month
- B1 & B2 licences with both type ratings: Up to €8,200 per month
- Location: Various locations in Turkey.
- Working Pattern: 5 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week (day and night shifts).
- Maintenance Type: Line maintenance.
- Accommodation: Provided.
- Flights: Provided at start/end of contract and for home leave.
- Start Date: May 2026.
- End Date: October 2026.
