Job Title: First Officer (B737-8)
Department: OPERATIONS
Reporting to: CHIEF CAPTAIN PILOT JET
Location: Within Indonesia
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide professional piloting services on the Company’s jet to ensure all charter operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor, assess, and report on B737-8 aircraft performance to support Engineering teams in troubleshooting, maintenance, and achieving optimal aircraft performance.
- Deliver expert operational advice to clients regarding B737-8 aircraft support to ensure safe, reliable, and timely flight operations.
Professional Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized Aviation School.
- Valid ICAO CPL IR Instrument Rating.
- Current Type Rating on B737-8 or B737-NG.
- Minimum total flight time: 3,000 hours.
- Minimum multi-engine flight time: 500 hours.
- Minimum flight time on type/model/variant: 50 hours.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to flight operations.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DGCA CASR regulations
Non Technical Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen.
- Non-smoker.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Medically fit and able to pass required health examinations.
- No colour vision deficiency.
- Willing to enter into a bond agreement in accordance with Company requirements
- Willing to work on a RON (Remain Overnight) schedule, particularly in the Papua region (Eastern Indonesia).
