At the moment we are looking to grow our team of experienced and qualified Flight Instructors for Initial Pilot training in Lleida, Spain.
Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching fundamental flying or theory skills;
Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs;
Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations;
Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses;
Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner;
Stay current with aviation regulations and ensure that all training activities adhere to applicable laws and standards set by aviation authorities.
