Braathens – Stockholm Arlanda Airport 

Braathens has been a part of Scandinavian aviation since 1946. Today, we operate ATR aircraft exclusively on behalf of SAS under a long-term agreement, providing reliable regional connectivity within Sweden. Our operation is stable, safety-focused, and built on close cooperation with our partner airline. 

We are now looking for a Crew Controller to join our Operations Control Center (OCC) team. This role is essential to maintaining compliant, efficient, and crew-friendly rosters in a well-established operational environment. 

The Role 

As a Crew Controller, you will spend your time working on the following interesting topics: 

• Reassigning and optimizing crew members in response to operational changes and disruptions. 
• Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements, EASA/FTL regulations, and Fatigue Risk Management (FRM). 
• Collaborating with OCC colleagues to maximize flight regularity, punctuality, and crew satisfaction. 
• Minimizing the impact of irregular operations while maintaining operational efficiency. 
• Supporting communication with crew and internal stakeholders during disruptions. 

Who You Are 

You are an experienced aviation professional who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with regulations and complex rule sets. You understand the importance of stability and consistency in a regional airline operation and take pride in delivering high-quality planning support. 

You work independently with confidence, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with both crew members and colleagues. You value teamwork and understand the importance of close collaboration between planning and operations. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). 
• At least 1 year of experience in an OCC environment or aviation crew scheduling. 
• Solid knowledge of aviation regulations, including EASA/FTL and FRM. 
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (Swedish is an advantage). 
• Right to live and work in the EU without employer sponsorship. 
• Experience with PDC Crew or other crew management systems is considered a plus.
