Braathens – Stockholm Arlanda Airport 

Braathens has been a part of Scandinavian aviation since 1946. Today, we operate ATR aircraft exclusively on behalf of SAS under a long-term agreement, providing reliable regional connectivity within Sweden. Our operation is stable, safety-focused, and built on close cooperation with our partner airline. 

We are now looking for a Crew Controller to join our Operations Control Center (OCC) team. This role is essential to maintaining compliant, efficient, and crew-friendly rosters in a well-established operational environment.

You are an experienced aviation professional who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with regulations and complex rule sets. You understand the importance of stability and consistency in a regional airline operation and take pride in delivering high-quality planning support. 

You work independently with confidence, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with both crew members and colleagues. You value teamwork and understand the importance of close collaboration between planning and operations.
