For SkyAlps, a leading company in the regional aviation sector, we are looking for a Ground Operations Support Officer (m/f/d).

The role is responsible for coordinating and supporting ground operational activities across the airports within the network, with particular focus on passenger assistance—especially in cases of operational irregularities or baggage handling—as well as supporting the management of ad-hoc charter flights.

The objective is to ensure smooth and efficient SkyAlps ground operations by providing the necessary support in managing operational events.

The GOS works closely with the operations control center and is an integral part of interdepartmental coordination.

Ideal profile:

• Experience in airport ground handling; knowledge of DCS and PSS;
• Basic IT skills; good knowledge of Excel and Word;
• Excellent spoken and written Italian and English (additional languages are an asset);
• Ability to manage non-routine situations with variable workloads, especially in case of operational irregularities;
• Strong teamwork orientation, problem-solving skills, continuous learning mindset, and ability to work independently

Work organization:

The GOS activity is structured to cover almost the entire 24-hour cycle, 7 days a week (depending on the season).

Availability for shift work is therefore required, including night shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

The contractual terms and salary will be defined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
