About the role:

SKY express is seeking an Operation Controller to ensure the smooth execution of the daily flight schedule through real-time monitoring, coordination and effective communication across all operational units.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor aircraft movement and flight progress using OCC systems.
• Communicate with Dispatchers, flight crew and ATC regarding operational updates.
• Manage delays, diversions and cancellations, ensuring timely information flow.
• Coordinate with ground handling, technical support regarding daily operations, aircraft changes and maintenance.
• Record operational data, incidents and irregularities for reporting purposes.
• Support emergency or technical situations by aligning required resources.

Requirements:

• Studies in Aviation, Transport or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in OCC, Flight Dispatch or similar aviation operations is an asset
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite).
