Texel Air is seeking experienced B737NG Captains to join our growing team in a Command role. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of the aircraft, demonstrating strong leadership, sound judgement, and a commitment to operational excellence in a dynamic cargo environment.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following:

Minimum Requirements

• Valid UK CAA / EASA / FAA / ICAO ATPL with B737NG Type Rating
• Minimum 5,000 total hours, including 2,000 hours on multi-pilot aircraft
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on B737NG
• Current or recent on type (last flight within 12 months)
• ICAO English Level 5 or higher
• Valid Class 1 Medical

Operational & Safety Requirements

• Recent command experience on B737NG with strong adherence to SOPs
• Proven leadership and sound operational judgement in commercial operations
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
• Understanding of Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and safety-driven decision making
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, and human factors

Desirable

• Previous Experience in Flight Safety, FDM, or Safety Investigation
